so you want to propose to the love of your life in the most beautiful place on earth, yosemite.
You are so excited! You want the proposal to go smooth and be everything your partner dreams of. YOu want a photographer to capture the moment so you can live through the moments over and over again.

Here are 8 simple steps for a perfect SURPRISE proposal in yosemite national park!
Step 1: Book me as your photographer!
As a local Yosemite photographer I will help you select the perfect location within the park as well as a time with the best lighting.

Step 2: Set up a zoom call
time to get the planning process started!
You will tell me:
all about you and your love
We will go over your questionnaire form
your vision for the day
any helpful tips/preferences that you’d want me to know!
During the call I will show you an exclusive PDF that only clients get access to, with examples photos that highlight the season during your PROPOSAL.

Step 3:Select the location
This is where you’ll propose. You can also tell me which other locations in the park are important to visit! If you aren’t sure you can look through my exclusive PDF guide!
There ARE so many locations within Yosemite for stunning photos.
Step 4: logistics and planning
leave the planning to me. your only job on the day of your proposal is to be present and take it all in. Trust me <3
I will make a TIMELINE for us to follow. (mainly for me to stay on track. We run on the sun’s time aroud here.) I will send a Google pin of the meeting location OR video of how to easily get to a location (only needed if it is not a popular location.)
I will check in with you a few days prior to the proposal as well as the day of. I want to assure you that all is WELL.I always show up earlier than usual, You can never be too prepared.

Step 6: proposal day
The anticipation is REAL.
The day is finally here. The proposal went PERFECT. The love of your life is happy. You are happy. Everything is AMAZING!

Step 7: After the proposal
You can bring a change of clothes to transition into an engagement session!
This part of our time together is fun, yet relaxed. WE will do lots of exploring and chatting.
It is not just a photoshoot where I am counting 1 2 3 and having your smile at the camera. I strive to give every couple the ULTIMATE Yosemite EXPERIENCE. Think of our time together as old friends catching up and creating some epic photos TOGETHER.

Step 8: gallery delivery
EEEEEPPPP your photos are ready!
I will send your gallery link to your email! I RECOMMEND clients to make it a date night going THROUGH photos as it can bring out so many sweet emotions reliving your day.
